Bio

Seasoned international lawyer and legal counsel with three decades of experience in space, nuclear, and arms control law, and complex bilateral/multilateral treaty negotiations—coupled with strong commercial and procurement law capabilities (intellectual property licensing; mergers and acquisitions). A Swedish law graduate with in-depth knowledge of EU regulations and global export control frameworks, I excel in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating defense-related contracts and ensuring scrupulous compliance with regulatory standards. Having served in diplomatic and senior advisory roles at the German Federal Foreign Office, I bring a strategic, business-focused approach to contract management, dispute resolution, and corporate legal affairs. Renowned for my proactive, solution-oriented mindset and collaborative spirit, I translate complex legal issues into practical guidance for cross-functional teams, enabling informed, data-driven decisions and sustainable, scalable growth. As owner of, and publisher at, Jus Gentium Vadstena, a Swedish know-how company, I transform academic insight into marketable products and conceptual leadership. In my private capacity, I am prepared to guide and facilitate early-stage ventures at the Business Incubation Centre by Eratosthenes CoE, delivering high-quality counsel that aligns with operational goals and accelerates results. A creative lawyer who breaks new ground within the confines of the law, I am prepared to mentor founders and assist in cultivating robust partnerships across the European research and investment landscape.
