Konstantina Ioannou

Bio

Konstantina is a Manager at PwC Cyprus with expertise in leading and executing European and national funded projects such as DG REFORM, DG GROW, Digital Europe, Horizon, Erasmus+, Interreg, and RESTART 2016-2020. Her work focuses on innovation, entrepreneurship, and public transformation. She holds an MSc in Biomedical Sciences (2014-2016) and a BSc in Biological Sciences (2009-2013) from the University of Cyprus. She has completed 30 hours of training from the PMI Institute working towards acquiring the PMP certification. Konstantina’s expertise includes project management, performance monitoring, stakeholder engagement, cross-border collaboration, communication, report development, and project event organization. Beyond her project-centric responsibilities, she coordinates the PwC Cyprus Scale up Programme, designed to support scale-ups in accelerating their growth. Additionally, she represents PwC Cyprus at national and international startup and tech events and competitions, serving as a judge, mentor, presenter, or participant. As a representative of PwC Cyprus, Konstantina actively participates in the PwC Global Startup/Scaleup and EMEA Startup Networks.
